Character Name: Tyl Regor
Age: Augmented Grineer in the higher ranks can live up to centuries so he’s well over 100 years in present canon

Character Information: Wiki on Tyl Regor
Personality: The head researcher of gene repair on Uranus for the Grineer empire, Tyl Regor proved his ingenuity to be valuable to the Grineer and a threat to their enemies. Being able to reverse the cloning decay syndrome, the natural genetic degradation and shortened lifespan as a result of centuries of Grineer cloning, in his own body to the point of becoming inhumanely strong are no small feat. Considered by Tenshin to be “more smarter than the others”, Tyl Regor has the wits to dig into matters and methods that would be ignored by his comrade Grineer. He’s not above using thieves to steal artifacts that may lead towards fixing cloning decay syndrome or burrowing dangerously into the long-buried depths of a Sentient tomb if it leads him to new knowledge.
But what drives him to pursue such knowledge? Like most Grineer, there is an inborn loyalty to the Grineer, to see themselves as superior to other humans. But for Tyl Regor, this kind of loyalty would be more personal than others. In his attempts to cure cloning decay syndrome, Tyl Regor produced a new type of Grineer which are faster and can live longer than the regular lifespan (to the detriment of their sanity) and are far more dangerous. To Tyl Regor, these Grineer are precious creations. In a twisted way, they are his children, his ‘tubemen’.
Which is why anyone who attempts to destroy them are a threat. The Manics are extremely volatile and dangerous, but in Regor’s eyes it doesn’t matter. Those that attack his creations are murderers, freaks deserving his violent and destructive retribution. Any Warframe sent to assassinate him will be met with his threats of “cracking open their headfruit”, him musing if a “live dissection” is “too humane”. Tyl Regor is vindictive and he has the strength to back up his threats. Even high-ranking members of the Corpus aren’t beyond his mockery, calling Nef Anyo a “bottom feeder”. His own fellow generals aren’t beyond reproach as he mocks Councilor Vay Hek as a “legless parrot”. This vicious, unstable personality is the other side of the coin to his intelligence. He has his wits as much as he has manic, talkative instability.
Nothing is beyond his scorn or wrath if it’s fit to mock or destroy. He’s smart enough when to use his wits to get what he wants, but when he has brute strength, there’s no need to use flattery so often. What’s more important to him than anything are his genetically-modified Grineer, his “tubemen”.

Roleplay Sample: [The lake, how small compared to the vast crushing depths of Uranus thinks Tyl Regor. Even though he had been here a mere handful of weeks he had grown nostalgic for such water, why? Perhaps it brought fond memories of his tubemen, now gone.
Now there was only this primitive world and this diminutive human. Already in his grasp they were begging for their release.]
‘Let you go’? So cruel, to continue your life in the squalor you lived now.
[He lifted them to his lit unblinking eyes. His Grineer face, so expressionless yet those yellow cyborg eyes belied something much harsh, inhumane to the native. They begged again ‘I don’t got anything’.]
Come now, don’t be so self deprecating. Even a dirt eater like yourself has something to give. And you have flesh...much of it…..
[There’s more incoherent cries, pleading for Tyl to let them go but the cyborg still refuses to relent. As he drags them off towards his laboratory at the edge of the lake he presses a finger to the face, one that dwarfs their head.]
